Data We Collect

Server logs

When you visit Divvero, our hosting infrastructure automatically records standard server logs, including your IP address, browser type and version, referring URL, and the date and time of your request. These logs are used solely for security monitoring and diagnosing technical issues.

Server logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days and are then deleted automatically. They are never sold or shared with third parties.

Cookies

Divvero does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you consent, an analytics cookie is set by Digistats (see below). Your theme preference (light/dark) is stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage — it has no expiry and is never transmitted to any external server.

Third-Party Services

Digistats (web analytics)

With your explicit consent, Divvero uses Digistats, a privacy-first analytics tool with servers in Switzerland. Digistats collects anonymised usage data (pages visited, session duration, country of origin) without building personal profiles or sharing data with third parties. Processing is based solely on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; Art. 31(1) nDSG).

You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing the divvero-consent key from your browser's localStorage, or by clicking "Decline" when the banner reappears on your next visit.

Elbstream (company logos)

Company logos displayed on this website are loaded from the Elbstream CDN (assets.parqet.com). When your browser loads a logo, your IP address is transmitted to Elbstream's servers. Please refer to Elbstream's privacy policy for details on how they handle this data.

Fonts (self-hosted)

The fonts used on this website (Syne, DM Sans, JetBrains Mono) are served directly from our own servers. No IP addresses are transmitted to Google or any other font provider.

Hosting (Microsoft Azure)

Divvero is hosted on Microsoft Azure in the European Union. Microsoft processes server log data as a data processor on our behalf and under contractual obligations consistent with GDPR. See Microsoft's privacy policy for details.

Legal Basis for Processing

Server log data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining the security and technical operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; Art. 31(1) nDSG). Analytics data is processed solely on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). No other personal data is collected.

Your Rights

Under Swiss law (nDSG) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Request access to personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

To exercise any of these rights, contact the operator via the address listed in the Imprint. For Swiss residents, the supervisory authority is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). For EU/EEA residents, you may contact the data protection authority in your country of residence.
